Wars - From Yinon, 9/11 to Springs, Invasions, ISIS & 6M Dead

Did the 'Yinon Plan' and 'Clean Break' report contribute to the deaths of 6 Million Arab Muslims?

In February 1982, the Strategy for Israel in the 1980's ("Yinon Plan") was devised by Oded Yinon. A Zionist strategy, for a zionist, imperialist Israeli State, a 'Greater Israel'. At the time, Oded Yinon was an advisor to Ariel Sharon, a senior official in the Israeli Foreign Ministry.
W Yinon_Plan

In 1996, the Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm ("Clean Break") policy document was prepared by Richard Perle for Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister. The Clean Break report outlined a new approach to solving Israel's security problems in the Middle East including the removal of Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq; control of Syria by engaging in proxy warfare (ISIS?); and highlighting Syria's possession of 'weapons of mass destruction'.
W A_Clean_Break:_A_New_Strategy_for_Securing_the_Realm

Countries in the Yinon Plan
The Yinon Plan calls for a divided LEBANON EGYPT and SYRIA. The partitioning of IRAN TURKEY SOMALIA and PAKISTAN also all fall into line with these views. The Yinon Plan also calls for dissolution in North Africa and forecasts it as starting from EGYPT and then spilling over into SUDAN LIBYA and the rest of the region. 14

A Greater Israel
According to the Yinon Plan, for Israel to survive in the long-term, it needed to remove any real opposition to Israel's coming regional dominance. Israel must achieve four objectives: 2

  1. Israel must become an imperial regional power
  2. Israel must facilitate the division of it's Arab neighbours into smaller states
  3. Israel must ensure the smaller, Arab states are governed by warlord chiefs motivated by sectarian, ethnic, national and tribal divisions
  4. Israel must encourage war and conflict between the warlord chiefs, leading to weaker, smaller, divided Arab states
Small, Weak Arab states
The Yinon Plan is an Israeli strategic plan to ensure Israeli regional superiority. It insists and stipulates that Israel must reconfigure its geo-political environment through the balkanization of the surrounding Arab states into smaller and weaker states [divide and rule]. 4

It is no surprise that Arial Sharon and Israel told Washington to attack Syria, Libya, and Iran after the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq. 3
Saddam Hussein/Iraq, The Greatest Threat
Israeli strategists viewed Iraq, with its oil wealth, to be Israel's greatest threat. This is why Iraq was outlined as the centrepiece to the balkanization of the Middle East and the Arab World. The first step towards establishing this was a war between Iraq and Iran, which the Yinon Plan discusses. Later, Israeli strategists called for the division of Iraq into [3 ethnic zones]: 4

  1. a SUNNI state [governing from Baghdad]
  2. a SHIA state [governing from Basra]
  3. a KURDISH state [capital in Mosul]

Major 'Trigger' Events

September 11, 2001
The September 11 attacks were a series of coordinated terrorist attacks by the Islamic terrorist group Al-Qaeda on the United States on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001. The attacks killed 2,996 people, injured over 6,000 others, and caused at least $10 billion in infrastructure and property damage.
W September_11_attacks
Arab Spring, 2010
The Arab Spring was a revolutionary wave of both violent and non-violent demonstrations, protests, riots, coups, foreign interventions, and civil wars in North Africa and Middle East that began on 18 December 2010 in Tunisia with the Tunisian Revolution.
W Arab_Spring

The name "Arab Spring" is a catch phrase concocted in distant offices in Washington, London, Paris, and Brussels by individuals and groups who, other than having some superficial knowledge, know very little about the Arabs. 16

The US goal in the Arab Spring revolutions was to replace unpopular despotic dictators while taking care to maintain the autocratic US-friendly infrastructure that had brought them to power. The Arab Spring revolutions have 4 features in common: 7

  1. None were spontaneous - all required careful and lengthy (5+ years) planning, by the State Department, CIA pass through foundations, George Soros and the pro-Israel lobby.
  2. All focused exclusively on removing reviled despots without replacing the autocratic power structure that kept them in power.
  3. No Arab Spring protests made any reference whatsoever to powerful anti-US sentiment over Palestine and Iraq.
  4. All the instigators of Arab Spring uprisings were middle class, well educated youth who mysteriously vanished after 2011.

Ahmed Bensaada methodically lists the key players who built-up the foundations for the Arab Spring: 7

  1. US State Department conferences and workshops that the Arab Spring heroes attended
  2. The key 'democracy' promoting foundations and institutions embedded within Iraq
  3. Involvement of Google, Facebook and Twitter
  4. Obama's 2008 Internet Campaign Team who trained Arab Spring cyber-activists in encryption and social media skills

In light of the [Yinon Plan/Clean Break strategy] documents, it is not possible to believe the famous 'Arab Spring' in 2010 was spontaneous. 8
ISIS, 2011
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is claimed to be a Salafi jihadist terrorist organisation that follows a fundamentalist, Salafi/Wahabi doctrine of Sunni Islam. ISIS gained global prominence in early 2014 when it drove Iraqi government forces out of key cities in its Western Iraq offensive.

    SINCE JAN 2011
    Arab Spring, 2010
  • Dismissal of Provincial Governors
  • Resignation of the Government
  • End of Emergency Law
  • Large defections from the Syrian army and clashes between soldiers and defectors
  • Formation of the Free Syrian Army and full-scale civil war
  • Formation of ISIS who take broad swathes of Syria
  • Ongoing violence in Syria caused millions to flee their homes
  • President Bashar al-Assad faced civil uprising against his rule that deteriorated into armed rebellion and eventual full-scale civil war
  • OUTCOME: Syria represents the region's bloodiest armed conflict, which emerged in response to the brutal suppression of mass protests by the government of Bashar al-Assad. Atrocious crimes are being committed on a mass scale and half the population has been displaced. 17

  • ISIS/Syria Civil War, 2011
Between 2005 and 2010, the US State Department funneled $12 million to Syrian opposition groups opposed to Bashar Assad. The US also financed Syrian exiles in Britain to start an anti-government cable TV channel they beamed into Syria. 7

Syria will fall apart, in accordance with its ethnic and religious structure, into several states such as in present day Lebanon, so that there will be 9
    • a Shi'ite Alawi state along its coast
    • a Sunni state in the Aleppo area
    • another Sunni state in Damascus hostile to its northern neighbor
    • and the Druzes who will set up a state, maybe even in our Golan, and certainly in the Hauran and in northern Jordan

I estimate 1.5 Million people have been killed in Syria.
The very public nature of the illegal but largely symbolic missile strikes on Syria on April 14, 2018 stands in sharp contrast to the "disguised, quiet, media-free" US-led bombing campaign that has destroyed Raqqa, Mosul and several other Syrian and Iraqi cities with more than 100,000 bombs and missiles since 2014.

    SINCE 2003
    Iraq Invasion, 1996, 2003
On the first visit, less than two weeks after September 11, Wesley Clark writes, a "senior general" told him:
"We're going to attack Iraq. The decision has basically been made."

Six weeks later, Clark was informed of the plan from Secretary of Defense [Donald Rumsfeld] to take out 7 countries (Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran) in 5 years, starting with Iraq and Syria and ending with Iran. 12

    Arab Spring, 2010
  • Prime Minister Maliki announces that he will not run for a 3rd term
  • Resignation of provincial governors and local authorities
  • ISIS insurgents take broad swathes of Iraq
  • Coalition of Countries and the Iraqi Army battle ISIS insurgents

  • ISIS, 2011
The present ISIS lightning war in Iraq is the creation of an illusion ... to redraw the map of the entire region as the 'New Middle East'. This is the Yinon Plan at work, which aims at the balkanisation of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Region into smaller and weaker states in order to ensure the dominant position of Israel in the region and the control of its oil, gas and water resources by the US-Israel nexus. 6

The 1996 Clean Break strategy, based on the Yinon plan, emphasised the need to dispose of Saddam Hussain and weaken Iraq 11.
    • In 1991, after the Gulf War, the US and Britain maintained a UN siege on Iraq that caused suffering and an estimated 500,000 deaths of Iraqi children
    • After the 2001, September 11 World Trade Center attacks, Wesley Clark, a US Army General claimed the US had Iraq in its sights for a full military attack
    • In 2003, the US led an unwarranted and illegal attack on Iraq causing an estimated 700,000 deaths of the Iraqi population
    • Iraq was declared a failed state

Our estimate is that about 2.4 Million people have probably been killed in Iraq.
A result of the historic act of aggression committed by the US and UK in 2003, and as result of the US invasion of Iraq ... The people of Mosul, Raqqa, Kobane, Sirte, Fallujah, Ramadi, Tawergha and Deir Ez-Zor have died like trees falling in a forest where there were no Western reporters or TV crews to record the massacres.

  • Leader Muammar Gaddafi killed following a civil war that saw a foreign military intervention, and government overthrown
  • Government defeated by armed revolt with UN-mandated military intervention
  • Beginning of sporadic low-level fighting and clashes
  • OUTCOME: In Libya, there are many armed conflicts across this deeply divided country. All sides have committed war crimes and serious human rights abuses. 17

  • I estimate about 250,000 Libyans have been killed in the war, violence and chaos the US and its allies unleashed in Libya in February 2011, and which continues to the present day.
As in Iraq and Afghanistan, [Libya's] morgues were overflowing during the war and many people buried their loved ones in their backyards or wherever they could, without taking them to hospitals.
The only legal justification for NATO and its Arab monarchist allies to have dropped at least 7,700 bombs and missiles on Libya and invaded it with special operations forces beginning in February 2011 was UN Security Council resolution 1973.

  • OUTCOME: In Yemen, the Saudi Arabia-led coalition's air strikes and shelling by Huthi forces have killed more than 2,500 civilians. Some of the attacks amount to war crimes. 17

  • I estimate that about 175,000 people in Yemen have been killed.

  • 6 Million Arab Muslims Dead

I have estimated that America's post-9/11 wars have killed about 6 Million people.
Maybe the true number is only 5 Million. Or maybe it is 7 Million. But I am quite certain that it is several millions.

After 16 years of war, about 6 Million violent deaths, 6 countries utterly destroyed and many more destabilized, it is urgent that the American public come to terms with the true human cost of our country's wars and how we have been manipulated and misled into turning a blind eye to them.
