"The video that came out truly tore our hearts out."The brothers of two Palestinian men who were shot dead after surrendering during an Israeli military raid in Jenin, shared with MEE their reaction to the loss of their family members.
The video, that has been widely shared on social media, shows Al-Muntasir Billah Abdullah, 26, and Yousef Asa’sa, 37, emerging unarmed with their hands raised before Israeli soldiers open fire.
Their bodies were seized, leaving their families to learn of their deaths from the footage.
The killings occurred amid an intensified wave of Israeli raids across the West Bank. Israeli forces say an investigation will be launched, though such inquiries rarely result in prosecution.
